Nylon light tube

Nylon pressure tubing, abbreviated as PA tubing, is also known as Nylon tube. It is available in P11 and P12 materials and is a synthetic fiber with excellent physical, chemical, and mechanical properties: wear-resistant, allowing use in environments with sand, gravel, and iron filings; smooth surface reduces resistance and prevents rust and scale buildup; flexible, easily bent, and easy to install and process.

At the same time, it also possesses rigidity, allowing it to be molded into various shapes like metal tubes without complex equipment or tooling; it is resistant to corrosion from many chemicals; it has dimensional stability and low permeability; extremely high electrical resistance, making it suitable for use as an insulator; it has a long service life, even decades; and good temperature resistance, operating in environments ranging from -40℃ to +120℃.

1. Smooth Flow
The inner wall of the nylon pressure tube is smooth, effectively reducing resistance during transportation for a smoother, more efficient flow.
2. High Toughness & Abrasion Resistance
PA material features excellent flexibility, allowing for large-angle bending. It is also rigid and highly resistant to wear.
3. Chemical Corrosion Resistance
PA material offers outstanding corrosion resistance. It is nearly unaffected by alkalis and salts, and shows excellent resistance to weak acids, engine oil, and gasoline.
4. Wide Temperature Resistance
The shaped tube can withstand instantaneous temperature differences up to 100°C without cracking or deformation, ensuring stable performance.
